When I went to exchange I was not told that I would lose my rewards (totalling $20). I went to exchange 2 hair colors for a different shade (same price, brand) and on the original purchase I used my accumulated rewards of $20 towards my purchase and my balance was $8 and change. They sold me a used dirty, disgusting store item.My first impression of this Cicero NY store location is destroyed. ![]() ![]() The thing I don't get is why should I have to pay for there mistake. I will tell everyone i know about this store. When I told the store assistant manager I would never shop here again, she said good, good really wow that says alot about her true character. Customer service and corporate was a joke all I got was an apology and a 20 percent coupon. Would not makebit right, would not fix there mistake. Only would give instore gift Card credit.part of my return got put back on a gift card they threw away the day before. Would not refund me my purchase back to my credit card. When I went to the store that night I was treated like it was an inconvenience, the assistant manager was huffing under her breath and never apologized for my trouble. Disgusting, who know what germs and diseases were on that thing. When I opened up my oster 76 it was full of hair, the handle was dirty, the blade cap was also full of oil that had turned brown. ![]() The problem was I didn't realize it until I looked everything over the next day. I recently purchased an oster 76,1st time I ever stepped foot in this store.
